Science Day

Boston World School celebrated World Science on the 28th of February 2020 to commemorate the discovery of the “Raman Effect” which led to Indian Scientist Sir Chandra Shekhar Venkat Raman or C.V. Raman winning the Nobel prize in Physics.

Students understood the reason and importance of celebrating Science Day in India by getting to know the contribution of Sir C.V. Raman in the field of Science.
The students of grade 1 to grade 4 enjoyed an animated movie based on a Science topic whereas the grade 5 to grade 8 students watched a Sci-fi movie which explained the development of Science in all the fields.
